Dr. Reifschneider was raised in Great Bend, Kansas. After graduating high school, he attended Barton County Community College and Kansas State University before receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from Park University. He continued his education later receiving a Doctor of Chiropractic at Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City in 1992.
Dr. Reifschneider has practiced in both Missouri and Kansas. He founded and became the clinic director of several busy and well- respected facilities in both states. His special interests and expertise includes the care of auto and occupational health-related injuries, assisting student-athletes in achieving their chiropractic goals, musculoskeletal issues including low back pain, sciatica, neck pain, radiculopathy, headaches, shoulder pain and patient education. He uses a variety of adjustment techniques including Diversified, extremity techniques, Thompson Drop, Gonstead, Cox Flexion Distraction, and Activator. Dr. Reifschneider is also certified in Independent Medical Examination and Chiropractic Claims Review as well as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
In his spare time, Dr. Reifschneider enjoys hunting, fishing, going to movies and sporting events, traveling, coaching his children’s teams, and spending time with family.
In 2004, Dr. Reifschneider establish the SEK Chiropractic in Fort Scott, Kansas. Since beginning practice in 1992, his philosophy has been the same,” To improve quality of life through routine and affordable chiropractic care.”
